  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
